This week and next week I have the privilege to assist in preparation for the opening of classes at the Kindig Academy Lincoln Tech Denver Campus.
Greg and Jordan, the instructors at the academy, and I are working to set up the curriculum, get the machinery calibrated, and work on the projects chosen. One of the projects is to make up a door skin for a 1932 Ford Roadster, another is a fender panel using a bossing mallet, leather shot bag, and English wheel.
My goal is to make myself available to answer questions, demonstrate metal shaping techniques and insure that the projects chosen for the class are ready to go when the classes start in June.
